Successful, educated, and passionate about fitness, Courtney Campbell began his extensive personal training career in 2003. His passion for fitness began as an undergraduate at the University of Florida while he earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Courtney took his interest a step further and continued his education to earn a Master’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology, which he completed in 2009.
Courtney’s education and experience as an undergraduate and graduate student allowed his to secure a position working with many award winning sports teams at the University of Florida. Among the top ten ranked teams that he has worked with were the men and women’s golf, tennis, and basketball teams.
Currently, Courtney is a strength and conditioning coordinator for Gainesville High School boys Basketball team, who advanced to the regional finals last year. He is also a personal trainer at Lifestyle Wellness while he teaches group classes and golf fitness classes in addition to being a private personal trainer.
In his spare time, Courtney enjoys playing sports, training, weight lifting, trail running, and biking. His ultimate goal is to improve and enhance people’s fitness, conditioning and performance.
The results I’ve had from his classes and following his exercise routines at home have been absolutely wonderful -I’m painfree for the first time in years and it’s all due to the exercises he’s had me doing.
